MEET Maryalyce Summers

I wasn’t born in the South but as the saying goes, I got here as fast as I could!  Prior to moving to the Raleigh area, I lived on the West Coast as well as on the U.S. Virgin Islands, but North Carolina is my true home. North Carolina is one of the fastest-growing states in America. Raleigh, often referred to as the “Smithsonian of the South” is one of the top-ranked cities in America. It is no wonder given the abundance of housing options, job opportunities, local restaurants, museums, access to nature and so much more. I just love the proximity to both the mountains and beaches! 

 

Prior to beginning my real estate career and while residing in California, I was proud to be employed with Baxter Healthcare Edwards Lifesciences as well as with AT&T.  The extensive training I received from both exceptional companies along with my years as a health club owner-operator, instilled in me a tremendous dedication to providing excellent customer service to my clients.  I enthusiastically assist buyers, sellers, and investors all over the triangle and surrounding areas with their most important investments. I am a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS® and as such, I am held to a strict Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice. My communication and negotiation skills coupled with my steadfast commitment to my clients and knowledge of this market will pave the way for a smooth transition.
